There are some names that im having trouble saying in One Piece. Help would be appreciated.
Aokiji-is it (A-O-KEE-JEE) or (OW-KEE GEE)?
Kizaru- is it (KEE-zaru) or (kee-Za-ru)?
Gaimon- is it (GIE-mon) or (GAE-mon)?
which is correct?
sarboady, shabondy, or sarbondy?
Owkeejee (not really "ow", it's "a" as in "o_ption",_ then "o" as in "oh my". And the "jee" is as in "jeepers creepers")
keezaru (every syllable in Japanese should get equal stress/amount of hang time. Don't put an emphasis anywhere. That goes for all names)
Gaimon (as in "hey you, guy!")
Shyabondy (papaggu was the first one to "pronounce" it in katakana, I believe. The spelling is Sabaody though.)
Just adding onto CCC(P)'s explanations. Sabaody (or Shabondy, which is a phonetic spelling of the Japanese pronunciation) is named after the Portuguese name for soap, sabão, because there's bubbles coming out of the ground. While the pronunciation used in the manga is "shabondy" the actual Portuguese word is pronounced something similar to "sah-ba-oun" with the a being nasalized and the n sound being barely heard.
Japanese is an extremely phonetic language with pretty much everything being pronounced exactly as it's spelled. The spelling irregularities of English kind of mess with the ability to do it.

Sabaody is difficult. It's one of those phrases that is pronounced differently in Katakana than it's namesake is supposed to be pronounced.
Like Magellan. The name (as taken from the old time explorer) is "Mah-Jell-an"
But the Katakana pronounced is "Mah-Ze-ran" With a Z instead of a G. We pronounce it with a G because we know what it's supposed to be.
Sabaody is pronounced "Shya-bon-dee" in Japanese, but the namesake is the Portugese word "Sabao" which means "Soap" (get it? The island produces bubbles).
EDIT: Ok, Kairouseki has a better grasp of Portuguese pronunciation then me, So I believe it should be "Sah-Bah-Oun-Dee" now.

Actually, there was a member on here from Brazil (or Portugal, I can't remember), I think her name was Ayama, who explained it to me and linked me to a sample of herself pronouncing the word

I do have one word that I don't know how to pronounce: Elbaf

El as in Enel

But it's written in japanese as Erubafu, so the sound would never be the closed A that you read in words like Buff, Tough, or Enough.
It's a very open vowel, it's the A in What, Crap, Part, or Fact.
Elbaf is Fable written backwards so Oda could even written in as Erubeifu, if he wanted the english pronounciation. But he went with Elbaf which makes it sound like the romance languages word Fabula (Fah-Boo-Lah)
You can hear them say Erubafu right at the start of this video.

Those four words have different a sounds. Also your video says it exactly like I would, with the -ough part of "tough" or "enough", or like "buff".
If you want to be precise, I use the ə sound for the A, that Merriam-Webster also uses for "buff", "tough" and "enough". They use either that same ə or an ä in "what", ä in "part" and a in "crap" and "fact". Although a closer representation would be the

At least with my half brittish half american accent, I believe in some accents they do rhyme.
Regarding what you're hearing, this is gonna sound so rude, I'm sorry, but you're hearing it wrong. 
The fact that they're making the final sylabble "Fu" the tonic one, instead of the previous "Ba" may be distracting, since even by japanese standards the "U"s tend to be more silent in some regions and specially when pronouncing foreign made up words. Since the spelling is Elbaf they should be stressing ÉruBÁfu, and not ÉrubáFu. If you slow down the video you hear the vowel open up more.
And sorry if I'm sounding too obtuse, but japanese and portuguese pronounce the vowels the exact same way as classical latim. I find it very easy to understand the sounds japanese people make when talking even if I don't understand the meaning, and always notice the small vowel differences when it's a foreigner speaking it. So this may just be a case of me finding them going more to the ä side while you find them going for the ʌ side.

Sorry, I threw that You're hearing it wrong as a joke, like you'd talk smack to your friends (Nuh huh, you're wrong). Then I though maybe it wouldn't come across as a joke right away so I added that bit and a smile at the end but I should've just taken it out. I adopted a way to familiar tone since this is actually I actually like to discuss.
And I was thinking of the portuguese Facto, instead of Fact when I wrote it, it's my mistake. Perhaps Fax would have been the correct choice. And maybe some irish or scotish pronounciation of Crap, not really sure on this one. But I did admit my mistake of not having an uniform accent.
Also, pretty much is not the exact same way. I have german friends who speak portuguese, fluently I may add, so I notice how sometimes you guys have the northen european or anglo-saxonic mixed with the latim stuff. Not mixed as in confused, but as you took from both of them to create modern german. It's usually with the consonants that the accent comes across. And the differences in vowels was really just about japanese, not foreign languages in general, I wish it was.
And a is me trying to be silly, a ^^’ is you being an asshole. I get that i deserved it since I did a poor attempt at explaining my point of view, but you gain nothing from it. No reason to try to fight fire with fire.
