The ONLY thing I've liked about Dofla so far was his speech from the war. He's one of the few characters from One Piece that just comes off as really annoying to me. While on the other hand, Robin is one of my favorite characters.

Voting for Robin. Doflamingo's cool and all, but aside from her emofest and overblown flashback in Enies Lobby, Robin is the shit.
All of Luffy's friends are so squeaky-clean or upright by comparison (although Nami's McDuckian greed is charming), but Robin's never lost her shady side. She's not above twisting a few necks to unravel the villains' plans. Her favorite extreme sport is waterboarding. Luffy needs more friends like Robin.
