I'm assuming Chopper read that Luffy's bounty has risen a great deal again (I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say 700 million berries).Rayleigh's hinting at a training arc.
And I don't think Dragon sunk Rayleigh's ship. The ship just sank back on the GL and he kept swimming all the way to AL.Interesting to see what's up with Kuma. If he's really still with Dragon, why'd he turn himself into a complete robot? Perhaps Vegapunk's sided with the Revolutionaries too?
And I can't wait to see what's going to happen with Usopp. How'll he lose the weight? How'll he get off the island. He's such a bro. Sucks to see him crying.

Rayleigh came at the right time and said what others have been theorizing. Sabaody is NOT the place to return to now. History will just repeat itself.
Ray is there to help Luffy move forward. In what way, i'm not quite sure, but since it's him and they are at a place like AL… then I assume it's some sort of training. (probably with the "H" word)
agreed with Bucephalus, Chopper read Luffy's bounty going up. Usopp and Herk were great... although it kinda sucks that the anime filler confirmed the Boin archipelago as a giant carnivorous plant before being featured in the manga...

Most likely. Chopper knew about Luffy's situation before getting the newspaper.
I'm worried about the anime's relation to the story. The flower did turn out to be alive, which coincides with the anime. So is it canon?

Overall this was a great chapter and it's good to see the story moving forward from all angles. Kuma was a good guy, Hancock is still crazy in love, Rayleigh has a plan, Shakky has connections to AL, Law's off to the new world, the gang is getting back together.
Once again Oda..you got me chomping at the bit for the next chapter.

pretty much what I thought. The anime showed it before the manga confirmed it.
