It's clear PX-5 has a backstory behind him. He wouldn't be heading toward the crew otherwise.
PX-7 is a little bland though. Any chance we can weld breasts unto him?

! As for PX-5, I think the backstory behind him is that he was the wife of PX-1 and brother of PX-4(The PX that the SH's destroyed). From there, we could save the character development and all that jazz later as they both get to travel with the crew. I think PX-5 will be the little sister of the crew and he also fits the former boss that Oda described in the past. So, there you have it, the last two nakamates…. are both Pacifistas... They may not have Hancock's measurements, Jinbei's will to die and Perona's BARFS uniqueness, but I think they'll be perfect additions to the crew.In honor for the death of the Hancock4Nakama and the Perona4Nakma ideas:

It just doesn't count. What I do find interesting if it's not is that it's hood covers in a way where only one eye shows.

Since the crew is on the Sunny, I doubt that the cloaked figure is Merry's Klabautermann. Could be Sunny's, but could also be an upcoming crewmember.

Wait, this actually means something more than a promotion for a TV series? I find it odd that it would mean anything, since I can't remember any time before in which Oda gave an out of manga clue as to who would be the next crewmember. Also, I thought the Lemon Head was the Klabautermann, the cloaked guy was the new character.

I think he's meant to be as undescript as possible. I doubt he's going to have a completely shadowed face except his mouth and a cloak that says "new". Still, I propose we call the cloaked guy New. Lemonhead can stay as Lemonhead.

Jimbei has to protect FI, but has also made a promise to Ace that he will protect Luffy, so unless "Protecting FI" is dealt with, there is no way he will join, and I am pretty sure that the straw hats won't take FI under their dominion.Perona, well Perona will rejoin Moria, who has just turned invisible with the help of Absalom and fled. They will probably make a proper pirate crew like Crocodile, and go to the new world. She is completely loyal to Moria, who isn't even dead, there is no way she will join permanently.
That is my guess.So I am either for Jimbei or someone else. Because compared to Perona this feels actually possible.
Luffy never took anyone his crew fought against for survival into his crew. Thus Perona is out by default.edit: But actually. Well, Perona joined Moria for fun, so she might leave out of the same reason. She has like most straw hats a own jolly roger.

I don't think you guys are suppose to take anything away from the two characters' designs as far as hands go or the head being a lemon for that matter. So saying things like it has human hands or not so ____ can't join is preemptive and stupid (doubt Jinbei's joining anyway). Look at Usopp and Franky. Plus Robin has blond hair.

The crew members are caricatures of regulars who appear on the show. Since Yabe and Okamura are the hosts, they are represented by the ships. Do you get the parallel?
The one in the cloak is the "new member" that Mechaike is/was holding auditions for. It has absolutely nothing to do with new crew members. So . . . no looking for clues there, please.
I'm not even sure how many of you guys were serious about that. It's just a drawing Oda did because he's a big fan of the show and is excited about the search for a new member. On Mechaike. Once again, the drawing really has nothing to do with new crew members in One Piece, and doesn't even belong in this thread.

Anyway guys dont base Jimbei joining or not in a fanart for a show, they dont know who the new member of the cast is so therefore he cant make a face to a guy that isnt part of the show, therefore its a shilhoutte with a hood and "New" on top of it meaning its the new member of the show, ofc this can be maybe related to the manga wich by that smile if we ignore the lack of teeth wich might have grown since he was a kid, Sabo fits there smile wise, Im sure many other characters do also.
Anyway this doesnt put Jimbei out of the race thats stupid, this is has most likelly nothing to do with the manga.
