Well, I don't draw One Piece and pretty much draw my own original characters but thought I'd post anyways. I stick with black and white since I'm lazy and started to dislike coloring.

My villain, Levasu, after he succeeds in taking over the previous villain's (Chaos) throne as the lord of Chaos/darkness issues a challenge to the heroes.

SIN
An evil organization called SIN (Septenary Insurrection Network) is a band of villains out to seek revenge against the heroes of the world. They are lead by Levasu though he looks different before he absorbed the powers of Chaos.
The picture was originally inspired by the CP9 spread though the organization is more of a parody, after all it has an elephant and an old lady.They are the stars of a game I'm working on in RPG Maker XP about Levasu's rise to power.
Left to Right:
Papa Phant - The Brawler
Morfellth - the Shapeshifting Spy (a demon)
Sai - The photographer info collector.
Levasu - the boss, aka Dragon Lord
Sahir - A former Desert Bandit Leader
Posha - A grandma… Levasu told Sai to recruit her since an organization of only men would seem a little weird.
Pierre - He's the guy who locks all the items into chests. He's annoyed at the heroes for opening them.

The Blackguard Legion
A different story and world here. These are the villains of a world where all the characters have animal themes and its full of RPG Cliches.
Left to Right:
Tubs Blubossa the Whale - Rules the islands with his pirates.
Lord Beros the Cerberus - The Leader of the Knights.
Lord Corvus Black the Crow - The Leader of the Legion
Lady Firefly the Firefly - Ruler of the Swarm, the insect-themed villain/assassins.
Yellowjacket the Wasp - One of the agents of the Swarm and the cliche annoying villain who chases you throughout the whole story. He's a bit of a fool and his biggest goal in life is to make his sunglasses shoot lasers.
