Why is that so? Clicked your link and saw that this manga had just 29 chapters.
I don't know it yet but was it so bad?

Remembering Mx0 I can see it had its flaws but was one of the better manga … well poor guy I guess.

Kagami isn't that bad, it was decent at best. It still entertained me once in a while.

And it seems that Kagami wasn't canceled (just like what others believe with Mx0), it was Kano that stops doing his thing. I read someone say that in the cover flap of Kagami's first volume, Kano said that he messed up the foundation of the series etc. and got cynical. So I think the main problem was him.

I loved the first few chapters of Nisekoi, but dropped it soon after chapter 10. I was very funny, but soon something just went wrong. Onodera was tossed aside for no reason, and the plot started to not make any sense anymore.

Haikyuu!!, on the other hand, has been growing on me more each chapter. The art is stunning and very different from everything else, and the characters seem interesting so far. The scanslation group is doing a good job catching up to the current releases as well, they started the manga about two weeks ago, and we are currently only 3 chapters behind Japan.

You might have been answered that no, Jack doesn't have a standart pagecount and it fluctuates from 450 to 550 or the likes of that.

Also, if anyone gives a damn, The Sensei no Balge manga beginning in issue #25 is written and drawn by Horikochi Kouhei, the author of Oumagadoki Zoo, the bizzare zoo manga from 2011.

This is good news. Seems like readers were smart enough not to get suckered in by Kubo actualy bothering to have some content in his chapters before going back to his usual wasted spaces.

It's WSJ's new volleyball manga with worse than average art, but with a start that packs promise as a sports manga. Still, at this point it's fairly impossible to pass judgement on it since nothing significant has really happened. If that's not your genre, though, I'd advise to stay away from it for now. There are better alternatives.

Did you really not like the art? I loved how different it is. Specially because in this manga kids in highschool actually look like kids in high school, and not like 20-year-olds.

There was a weird boy that showed up who had a crush on the blonde protagonist. Then it turned out he was a girl dressed as a boy and the author emphasized that all the time by constantly showing her in underwear for cheap fanservice. So retarded.

Naruto's rankings won't stay up for long once it reaches the stupid Kabuto flashback… On the other hand, One Piece and Gintama will dominate the top once their epic action chapters are ranked.... So, other than Naruto, the top 5 is great!

HAHA Thats true, most of those Naruto fans are Itachi and Saskue fans so it'd make sense why these chapters are up a bit. I have to laugh a little, seems like to no matter what Bleach does it always gets knocked down to the bottom five even on new arcs. I guess its a good thing the anime ended when it did, didn't do a bit of good.

I'm happy Nisekoi is doing well, might become the spiritual successor to To-Love-Ru. Medaka Box needs to end soon, so maybe the rankings pushing it down will help the case for it to stop running [as much as I enjoy Medaka Box, it's unlikely it's going to get much better in the next year].

I quite like it actually, I find it cute, and it its not one of those romance mangas that use fanservice as the focus, so im happy with its place.

And about being in such a high place, I read somewhere that its author did a famous series before I think, so that should explain that.

Nisekoi's Komi Naoshi did also write Double Arts, but it wasn't very popular and was cancelled before it got very far (like 24 chapters or so). He used to write a lot of cool fantasy-style one shots (check out our One Shots thread for them) and Double Arts also had a fantasy setting. I'm a little disappointed that he's not writing that style anymore and kind of hope Nisekoi gets cancelled so he can go back to it.

That's because it's focusing on the Uchihas (well, it's almost always focusing on the Uchihas, but in this case, it's focusing on Sasuke and Itachi). When the focus shifts to the Kages or Naruto, I'm sure the popularity will drop somewhat.

As much as I like Bleach at the bottom 5 (even while the current arc isn't even half as shit as the Fullshiter arc), it's sad Naruto is above One Piece when it's probably at its pitch-bottom lowest right now, while One Piece getting better and better.
