By the looks of it, it really is his(Amatsuka Kenji) Jump Next Volume 2 one-shot.
Liking Matsuda Tomokata art, and Gege art seems a bit cleaner.

Well, the author going to have assistants to support him/her when s/he actually starts serializing.

Yeah, but tradicionaly assistants wouldn't work on the things that are the core of the manga, like characters and action scenes, that reduces the workload for sure but for someone starting to have the experience and know how to streamline the chapter drawing process is the first hurdle to pass in order to become a professional.

It is from Mononofu's author. It involves a Kendo Fighter that is trained by a big breasted samurai ghost that posseses a doll most of the times.

However, you don't know about whether the author is slow drawer or not. Heck, the author possibly be a fast drawer and s/he able to manage the weekly serialization. Furthermore, that is CP; we're not sure about the author's drawing style in blank and white.
