Hello everyone! I have been lurking around the forums for a while now, but for some reason have never joined up until last night. You all seem pretty awesome, and I hope I can get to know some of you better.

My mail says I live in Florida, so yeah about the general area thing. Only been to one con, though, and that was a long while ago.

As for the weather, yes, its a bit out of the ordinary, but you have to remember that it is summer too, which equals afternoon showers :(

There was a guy who joined earlier who was 18 and lived in Tampa, Florida, the same city I'm from. THAT was a coincidence…
I just got back from Tampa a few weeks ago. I was there for Metrocon with some friends. We were going to go to Busch Gardens to ride Sheikra too, but we didn't get a chance.
Its surprising how close by some people are, though.
