OP article in Okatu USA magazine

Saw in the store today OP is on the cover of the Aug.10 issue of Otaku
the cover has the OP crew Before robin and after vivi on it, the article talks about the seriesis 6 pages and talks a little about the SW movie and it shows the crew before franky ( so Skypia)

Is it just me, or is the printing quality in Otaku USA starting to drop? I noticed when I was flipping through the pages.
