Nami, because she's simply the best.
I mean, without her the crew would fall apart and they wouldn't know where to sail.
She's a very active member though her fighting skills are weak.
I think she's holding the boys together somehow.

2.Zoro (he's just awesome, strong without devil fruit, has green hair and three swords. his promise to Kuina is kind of cute.)
3.Robin (well, she's beautiful and intelligent and seems to understand and know everything but mostly keeps her mouth shut and just giggles.)
4.Usopp (he is the most human character. I really like to see him overcoming his cowardice and fight for the sake of his friends. He's perceptive just like Nami.)
5.Franky (I don't know why I like him. It must be his perversity. xD)
6.Sanji (He's ok. I don't see any reason not to like him, but he's sometimes really boring. Oda's countless tries to make fun out of him are more annoying than entertaining.)
7.Luffy (It's really hard for me to judge him. I like his attitude but the character is not that appealing. I liked the flashback showing more about him, but I didn't manage to love him like many others do. I guess Oda just shows too little about his thoughts and emotions.)
8.Chopper (He's cute. That's all.)
9.Brook (The last one joining and pretty much everything I saw about him was not that positive. His stupid skull jokes are more annoying than Sanji's lovey-dovey behaviour.)

I don't really hate any of them but Nami and Sanji are pretty annoying at times. Brook is still relatively new so it's a short time for me to have a good opinion on his character.

This is kind of hard…I've never really hated any of the StrawHat characters before. There are some which I prefer get less screen time once in a while though.

Luffy = Zoro
Those two are equally cool in my book. It's amazing how Oda can make them both lovable in their own ways. And these two have always been the funniest out of any of the crew members in my opinion. Too bad I can't vote for the both of them...
Nami = Usopp
They're always the only ones complaining about the absurdity and idiocy of their crew but manage to stick by in the end. I also love the element of intelligence they bring to fights as someone else mentioned already.
Franky
Still relatively new, but has gotten me laughing at his overall character more than enough. His values are somewhat similiar to Luffy and Zoro's in a strange way.
Sanji
He does annoy me at times, but his fighting style is pretty cool. For some reason his fawning over women doesn't get as old for me as I thought it would.
Robin
To me, Robin really lacks that unique and strange personality that everyone else in the crew has. She's also rarely ever shown in battle, with the exception of briefly in the Skypiea arc.
Chopper
Other than the fact that Chopper is voiced by pikachu, I don't really care for him. His loyalty to Luffy as a crewmate/pet is cute though.

I don't really know enough about Brook to really say anything. And we have only gotten glimpses of Merry's actual personality.
