Brook hasn't been in the crew long enough - and we have not really seen him in like two years which doesn't help either. I don't really like him as I like the other strawhats (yet), I would need to see him a bit more for that.
But he had some great moments, some of which were very emotional, which is more than I can say of Margaret.So Brook it is, no doubt.

I usually don't vote for any strawhat in the tournament, haven't done it so far. But Brook is just too awesome to not vote for. Margaret is a boring character, while Brook is the best Strawhat, making him one of the best and funniest characters in One Piece.

i am actually surprised margaret got any votes at all seeing she is up against Brook but that is probably because some people don't vote for strawhats for some reason, which I find quite ridiculous seeing it is a popularity contest and they are NOT voting for the leading characters. I just think it is silly even though the SH's win every year (which is perfectly normal)
