That argument makes little sense because if Franky overtakes Luffy he'll just do the same thing.
I'm voting for Stretch because he's my honest favorite. I don't give a shit about giving everyone their "fair" shot at the championship by arbitrarily changing my vote year to year. If Mr. Frank is gonna win, he's gotta win by force of will and force of vote. That's the "fairest" way there is.
Besides, I really wonder whether either of these two will be a match for that damn goat.

Franky is made of stern stuff but he cannot face what Luffy has gone through. People like Eneru,Crocodile,Rob Lucci,and so on…Luffy has faced every obstacle and triumphed. Franky could barely survive against Oars.
