Vista gave a fine performance during the character-thon that was the war. I definitely want to see him more in the future. He proved to me that you don't need a legendary, rare, pheonix df, or the ability to turn into Diamond to be my favorite WB Commander.
that aside, I'm adding one to the Magellan pile. The warden has paid his dues and solidified himself as a true and true One Piece Arc villain.

I did not vote for Magellan because he was not, in my opinion, sadistic enough to be the head warden of the most Hellish Prison in the One Piece world.

Vista has the second most manly 'stache in the whole OP-verse, but I gotta give my vote to the Demon of Impel Down. He's simply one of the best villains of the series with one of the best Devil Fruit powers of the series.
