I've had this song on my computer for years and years, and while once I knew what it was, I certainly don't any more. It comes on my iPod on shuffle a lot and boggles my mind. I even heard it in a bar in Japan, where I freaked out and asked the guy what the song was. The only thing I know is what he said: 90's J-POP.
Listen to it and give me an answer! It's driving me bananas!

If you have an iphone or an ipod touch I can guarentee you that the shazam app would recognize what it was.
I used the app on Bump of Chicken's cover of hybrid rainbow (which sounds A LOT different than the original) and it recognized it as Hybrid Rainbow by the Pillows.
It's actually pretty good at recognizing Japanese songs which surprised me.
