Episode 0 - Subbed!

Hello everyone! I'm a huge One Piece fan and I was very glad to find out that the awesome Chapter 0 of the manga had been animated!

However, I didn't find a subbed version of it and I understand that nobody is doing it because there is no high-quality raw avaiable yet. Of course, I'm sure some group will sub it eventually, but since I love One Piece so much, I decided to try doing it on my own until then. The quality of the video isn't perfect, but I think it's bearable. I got it from an already uploaded video on youtube. (It's in HD, but the quality isn't perfect.)

Unfortunately I don't know that much japanese, but I know just enough to understand the really basic things. I saw that everything that was being said was exactly the same as the manga. So I grabbed three different scanlations and based on them and my limited japanese knowledge, I created my own subtitles. I believe there may be some mistakes but that's really the best I could do.

I just watched it completely, Quality is good enough for me and I didn't even notice that it wasn't a pro who subbed it. It's really great, I don't think that the fansubbers can do a better job.

NO Chapter/Episode 0 takes place 20 years before the series begins.

Strong World should take place somewhere between the aftermath of Thriller Bark and before the crew get to the Red Line. I know, lets just pretend that SW took place there instead of the Spa Island filler that occurred in the anime.

Really, thanks for this. I'm hoping for a higher quality version of this to come up soon. You know, I'd be nice if the made like a special edition of SW and made the beginning of the movie Episode 0. It would make the movie 18 minutes longer, and make it more epic and understandable.

Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. The movie would begin with the sirens at the beginning of episode 0, once it finishes it says "and then 20 years pass" and movie 10 starts…

Unfortunately, the 2nd video was disabled because of copyright, so I removed both of them from youtube.

However, the 2nd video still plays normally wherever it's embedded. Do you have any idea why this happens?

but yes.. it remains for sometime ever after disabling in google's cache. so it plays. you can even download the deleted vids for sometime if you have direct cache link

By the way, does this confirm that Dragon was at Roger's execution? I thought that was an anime-only thing Toei decided to add in.
