i am from belgium where they suck at translating manga's (we just past arlong park and are in longue town) , so i follow One Piece thanks to one manga.i am also a member of wikianswers anime. guess that's it .

If you're Belgian, you speak either French or German/Dutch. If so, then you could order manga volumes that are up to date in the respective countries.

In Leuven and Mechelen you can find manga stores that can order them for you, but I'll need to ask my brother for the adresses.
I am bilingual so I buy the french manga actually.
