While it was confirmed a few weeks back a recent trailer for this appeared. Looks rather fun for a TV/Film game.

It shows the Doctor and Amy confronted by one of the new look Daleks in a nightmarish vision of Londonโ€ฆ in 1963! The short trailer also announces that the first of the four free games - downloadable from this site - will be made available from June 5, 2010.

Considering it has the New Look Daleks aswell as Cybermen it should be a laugh at least.

While it's doubtful that it'll be a Zelda or Mario beater it should still be good fun. Especially for free.

Lol no game, especially a TV/film one, is a Zelda or Mario beater (maybe a few in terms of quality), that comment was pretty much unnecessary to be honest

And WTF I can't even see the video to comment on the actual gameplay itself.

So it's basically a flash game or something? I'm surprised they aren't making a PS3/360/Wii over there with how popular the franchise is. But they probably couldn't make a good game on a greater scale like that, the series is good but you gotta admit it doesn't have a formula that'd transfer well to a video game.

They made a card game if that counts for anything? XD

Personally I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually made these downloadable on the Wii, PS3 and X-Box shops.

Being made by the creator of the Broken Sword games, looks like a winner for me. I'd be surprised if a collected version wasn't made for consoles once the entire thing is out.

Still, you cant argue with free.

Apparently in the future we ARE getting a Wii Game. This is quite possibyl a reaction test, especially since it's free. I first heard tell-tale rumours
of this game back in the Summer, so it's nice to see it come to fruition. The graphics look great, and from Steven Moffat's comments, it plays great too.

So they finally announced the Wii game. And also a DS one:

Various online shops have now listed two new Doctor Who related games to be released by Nintendo. On the DS platform comes Doctor Who: Evacuation Earth, whilst the Wii platform will see Doctor Who: Return to Earth; it is uncertain when these scheduled to be released (Amazon lists them for the 29th October, Play for the 19th November).

The game has also been classified by the Australian Government for release in the country.

No other details on the games are known at present.

Looks like the DS game is Daleks + Silurians while the Wii game is Cybermen

As long as they're an ok length and if they're anything like the PC ones I'll be happy.

Oh hey, I do videos on figures and manga and stuff: https://www.youtube.com/thatmanhismerch

I'm happy about this too. If they do well we might finally see some more in future! ๐Ÿ™‚
