My plan: Live in San Jose and visit Japan once or twice a year

Either anywhere in Italy, or Tahiti. I'd say Manhattan but i'm going back to Brooklyn in a few weeks, so i can wait.
-
Japan all the way!! ANIME ON TELE!!! NON DUBBED OR EDITED!!! HEAVEN

uhm… hong kong or australia for me ^_^
-
I'm fine here in the U.S.
-
Japan, Clearly. Ah well, I'm going to Japan in two years anyways for some relaxation time ^-^
-
I'll just stay in Thailand. That's the best place for me because it's my home country.
-
Japan, of course.
More realistically, Canada or Britain.

You won't understand it though, will you?
Japan… isn't that great. It's a good place to visit, not to live. So far only 2 Japanese I know went back to Japan and everyone else either like living here or wanted to stay here but didn't find job so went back. ^^;
Japanese summer are hot and humid and lots of mosquitoes and ocean dies. Well, but Japanese summer is better than Taiwanese summer :x
Japanese summer... I like it when I went to beach at my grandma's house. Their ocean/sea is warm, not like California = cold.
If I have authentic Japanese food + Japanese bookstore + Bookoff in here, then it'd be perfect

Sorry ^^; It's just the weather (and probably work environment). I didn't go back to Japan during summer for several years and when I went back, I was really dead. But same year, I went to Taiwan, too, and it was even worse x.X
Other seasons are okay though.

japanse winter seems nice

I'm happy with my home - singapore
though I would not mind Japan.
-
Somewhere in countryside UK. or New York. or across Bondi Beach in Sydney. or Bali.
Japan would be nice for a vacation. April's the best time because the sakura trees are in blossom.. but in February you get snow!
-
If I were to live in a country it'd be Japan, cause they got so many shelves of manga, anime tv, and yummy candy (especially the gummys). Another place would be England and I've visited that place so many times too (my grandparents live there). England has a nice country side too.
-
thailand ,or hong kong ..
-
America (preferably Boston) or Canada.
-
US on the summer and Japan rest of the time.
Nicholas: BUUUURN! Hate Sweden got dammit.
-
I okay with living in the US, but I'd like to visit Italy ^__^ .
-
1. Japan
2. US
3. Russia
4. Greece
5. Saudi Arabia -
I'd like to live in one of the following:
Japan so I can see the original versions of my favorite animes
Greece because it's cool
Peru because it is also cool
Britain because it is interesting and fun
Australia because there is lots of stuff I would want to see there!
New Zealand would be fun
Russia because I could say 'Da' there and not be judged!
Or over by lake wenatchee in the state of Washington, USA
-

I'm happy with living in Norway. It seems cool living in Mexico though…
Love the culture, etc. That's the reason, and Japan because of culture too.
-
I like to travel the U.S first before I go any other country. Living in Dallas as long as I have, any new site were be gold to me. Though if did live in another country, proabaly Greece, Australia, England, or of course Japan.
-
I daresay I'd like to live in Canada or England. I love Vancouver and London, so yey
-
The only countries besides the US I could see myself living in are Canada and Britain.
Or maybe my own rogue island. CARTER ISLAND!
-
I like living here, but if I didn't, I'd probably be in Australia or something.
I know it doesn't count as a country, but I'd really like to leave Florida for Jersey or Cali.
-
Australia…they never do anything
Except when we do…
Yes, I'm Australian and I don't want to live anywhere else but I would like to put Australia on a raft and go visiting.
I would like to visit Japan, US, Canada, Britain, Ireland, St Petersberg and hop around Europe.
If I had to choose I would say Canada, Britain or Scandinavia (or maybe Maine).
-
I haven't seen enough of the world to decide what countries I might want to live in. I like the northern US a lot (New England - Main specifically - and the Pacific Northwest are both very cool) and all I've seen of Canada (mostly in Ontario) is very nice. I think the most important bit to me is that there be lots of trees and that it not get too hot in the summer. And the more rain the better, I love rain. So from experience I would say the US and Canada would work for me.
I haven't seen enough of the world aside from that to really judge. All I saw of Ireland was Dublin and the view from the window of a plane (seemed nice though). I'm sure that the cook in me would love to live anywhere along the Mediterranean and I know that I also love tropical places near the ocean so honestly I could live in a lot of places and be happy.
-
I'm not planning to live my whole life in Finland, safe and easy life gets boring after a while :P. There are plenty of options though. Actually, way too many. India, Brazil and South Africa are in the top of my mind but perhaps another European country would be more realistic alternative. Any of them would fit for me but if I had to pick a scandinavian it would be Norway otherwise France rocks my socks. I should make short tour before making any life changing decision. There's a slight chance of visiting the US too, but only for a few months and it's still a big if. Canada doesn't appeal me, it's just enlarged Finland, although Britain and Australia could be a nice place to live. Japan isn't on my wish list neither, I might go there someday but living…. no, at least for now but you never know what the future is bringing.
-
Australia
But I hear they have big spiders.
Do they have big spiders?
I think they do. -
In the tropical North, yes.
In the temperate South no bigger that anywhere else.
The largest in the South is the Huntsman. It red and flat and sort of thin and has a small body. It's about the size of a hand.
The good thing about them is that they are shy, non-agressive and not poisonous.
Unless you live in the bush you won't see many. -

I thought huntsman were more of grayish/brown colour. But yeh, the females are massive and they're a pain in the arse to deal with in winter. (i.e: hiding in linen closets, beds, generally anywhere warm.)
-
Realistically speaking now, either Italy or Austrailia.
-
wished that i lived in Japan or in the stats…like california

The best way I could describe most of the ones I have seen is The Orangutan of the spider world. Kind of auburn and grey. The redder they are the less scary I find them.
The darker ones look much worse.I'm petrified of them, I just don't want to turn people off coming here.
(Really, it's not that dangerous. Some people actually grow old here.)But if you aren't afraid of spiders they are harmless.
You had one in your bed?
-
yeh australia has all these pain in the ass spiders…. huntsman's arent aggressive but hey are MASSIVE!!! i saw one in my classroom once and it was bigger than a hand porbally the size of a mouse pad.. and i hate spiders...
also we got stupid white tipped spiders which make you get rashes and crap, also we got crappy red back spiders which are poisonous.. and they are small (black with a red bit on its back)....
now we get to the worst.... the "Funnel Web"... i am petrified of these things... never seen one though, but its really black and has huge fangs and is extremely poisonous.. they hide in like tree trunks or borrows..... they are pretty big too, scared of those buggers...
-
New Zealand or Hawaii. I'd go back to Japan in a heartbeat.
-
Djibouti. the name alone begs you to live there.
