Anyway, i dont really know what to answer.
Arlong Park was my favourite one along with Logue Town. Jaya has some really good badass scenes. Water Seven is just awesome….
G8? Well, still beiing a filler arc i think it's the most enjoiable of the fillers, there are some really good point in this one i didnt expected to see...
So...well...i shall say the most exciting one right now is Water Seven: it's the most drammatic one for me :)

For me, it's between Jaya and Water 7. Jaya, though short, had a lot of great moments with Blackbeard, Bellamy getting PUNKD, and the World Government and all.
Water 7… starts out a bit dopey, but right now we're at the big roller coaster.
I didn't feel like watching some of the Jaya eps (Cricket shenanigans), so I'll go with Water 7.

Well, kind of hard for me to say, because around Alabasta I started reading the manga, so from that point on, I already know what's going to happen when I watch the anime. So Arlong Park was the most exciting to watch, but Water 7 has definately been the most exciting to read by a mile.

I don´t understand such questions that ask which arc is worth to be watched or read. This is One Piece. Every arc is worth to be seen. You can´t just skip one arc because that way you´ll completely avoid seeing Oda´s brilliance with carefully building things up by a long shot.
The only things that should be avoided are the dub, the HK subs and maybe filler arcs. Everything else should be watched.

However the dub and HK sub options got me really confused and I thought that this is was the questions are about.
Well anyway´s, I doubt that the dub and HK subs are anyhow exciting to watch. :D

I agreed, even I never watch the dubbed one before. I think it's always interesting to see what the dubbed do next, because I think One Piece couldn't be completely dubbed before, and it came out that someone really going to do it. :(

sometimes they skip episodes to edit out hte bad parts…. it leaves a huge pot hole...
