Where would you put the two probable new recruits? (referring to Paulie and Franky)
I'm talking about strength (luffy, zoro, sanji, chopper) not ability (nami, usopp, robin)
just for arguments sake i'll draw up the axis
Strongest
– Luffy

Weakest
Though I consider Franky stronger then Paulie I see both guys between Sanji and Chopper (if I go by your definition). True that chopper can become strong in walk point but somehow I see both of them stronger then that.
Well, Franky somewhat tied with Luffy, in a sense. And though I have no doubt Luffy could still kick his ass, that sort of puts Franky above Sanji for me. Especially considering how easy he took down Nero, who was supposedly way stronger than Wanze to begin with.
Pauly… Somewhere between Sanji and Chopper.
I'd put Franky between Sanji and Zoro, probably.
I think Zoro is equal to Luffy and Chopper is equal to Robin. Franky is higher than Sanji.
