It' a fairly old shounen manga about an impossibly manly main character fighting in a tournament like event called the 23 district project, where this secret organisation tries to select the person who will be chosen to rebuild Japan.

I believe there was a topic about this already, thats how I found out about the manga, the mangateams stopped scanlating it at the time and I completelly forgot about it, so tks for reminding me, going to catch up.
Actualy there is no scan for anything past chapter 72 yet. And that was in october.

Well then thats probably were I stopped I think thats when I was reading it.
I'm asking around but…..we'll have to see.
