Well Jinbei has by far the biggest chances. Boa ha NOW to many things against her or Oda has to write some super story about her how he can be sure AL will be save and let her escape with Luffy now.

There's no need for a "super story". You make this obstacle seem much harder than it really is.

That's my opinion^^ Sorry but I can't see Boa just leaving without being sure AL is to 100 % save. And I heavily doubt Luffy and escapees are going to AL.
Sorry just my 2 cents. Boa is out now in my eyes or Oda will write a suprise.
Jinbei has more chances NOW. FI, no status, WB dead, wanted criminal, isn't able to save his island on his own, story with Luffy.
Boa is just in love… There is no more story or dream behind her so far.

while i really like hancock i doubt she'll join: what's the point of having her join after she finally managed to keep her shichibukai title? (of course she will be forgiven for destroying those pacifista) Story wise, that would suck. if oda wanted her to join the shs he could have had her fight the marines more actively during this war (in short, hancock, if you gotta lose your title, do it with style!:-)

I think Boa is already pretty far along with her dream, being free, protecting her people. Her joining the Strawhats and leaving her sisters and the other wouldn't make much sense to me.
I would like to see a fishman/mermaid in the crew, but Jinbei belongs to the last generation of pirates. Isn't now all about the new one?

Wasn't part of robin's sob story that she joined a pirate crew after being betrayed a few times as a kid. We have nothing on Captain Birdseye save for his fight with ace.

Since Hancock is AT MOST 34, and Fisher Tiger saved her at age 16, we can conclude that Fisher Tiger released all the slaves at Mariejoa AT MOST 18 years ago. If we further assume that he started the Fishman Pirates immediately afterward, then the Fishman Pirates started at most 18 years ago. Robin became a pirate for the first time at age 8, which would be 20 years ago. The arguable portion is whether or not Jinbei was a pirate before the Fishman Pirates. Jinbei himself claims he is a pirate hating pirate, so it seems plausible that he only became a pirate along with other former slaves and fishmen.

*Nami used to hate pirates cause of her past and now she is a pirate, Jinbei is known as a Pirate-Hating Pirate
*Nami hated Fishman cause of Arlong, Jinbei is a Fishman.

I doubt it will show who's going to join…he has been searching for the definitive proof that Hancock will be left behind for many chapters now and perhaps this chapter will show him what he is looking for….
...or maybe not who knows?
I also learned a long time ago not to pay attention to people who extrapolate complex theories because all it succeeds in doing is confusing themselves and being wrong. People will say crazy stuff and it's not really my problem if they're interpreting things wrong.

The thing is: people will disregard completely any argument that contains something they don't like. They don't wanna Hancock on the team, so "OMG there's this and that which proves that she can't just because and nothing will ever change that".
They don't wanna face the possibility. It's too dreadful to them.

Not only the past. A past can be revealed later in the story. Jinbei has potential to have an incredibly sad past (he was a Sunny pirate, and their pasts are as linked to slavery as Hancock's… I wouldn't surprise if they were both slaves).
However, Hancock has also shown unique personality quirks, which is also a plus. You can imagine Hancock interacting with Luffy, Usopp, Sanji, Nami, Robin, Chopper and Brook easily.
Jinbei has been around for 47 chapters, and so far his only quirks are honor and a really big deathwish.
Then again, Jinbei may get further development. There was not a lot of chances for him to interact with anyone outside combat. But even in the ship heading for Marineford, when he and Luffy and the others had a moment to spare, he was quite bland.

I've actually changed my mind, I think Boa will be up next to join. Along with the other arguments (sad past, quirks, introduction like the other female SHs) wouldn't she be a good opponent for Doc Q? I mean with her snake vs Stronger? Also, totally irrelevant but she has 9 snakes on her jolly roger. oooooooooo…....

Whether she is 8, 9, 10, or whatever I cannot say, but she looks identical to the 8 year old version we had seen for the previous dozen chapters or so. The next page she is obviously older and states she is 16. So, it would appear she is still 8 when she first joins a pirate crew.

The whole theme of her past is all about her being a demon and being a bad omen for everyone who takes her in.
