I hope to see again the East Blue villains. They're the greatest villains I've ever seen in this series, I also like Crocodile and consider him as the 2nd greatest villain although he appeared in Grand Line. Alvida, Buggy, Kuro, Don Krieg, Arlong. All of them are great. I hope to see them again even though I know it's extremely difficult (except Buggy) because:
1.Alvida is escaping
2.Arlong is imprisoned
3.Gin might be dead after arriving in Grand Line and he went with Krieg
4.Kuro is the most difficult case among them to return because in past he got bored with being a pirate. But in anime we can see him be the captain again, see Luffy's bounty before thinking. If Oda really lets him become the captain again, who can know what would happen? He is the most outstanding with the genius brain and superhuman speed. He is my favorite character, so I always hope to see him again despite its impossibility
Discussion: The East Blue villains

I wouldn't mind seeing most of them.
Specifically Gin and Kuro. I think Morgan is showing up again regardless.
-
I dislike Morgan and Krieg. But I hope to see Krieg and not Morgan. Morgan is currently imprisoned. I think he is much weaker than Alvida and can't be compared with Buggy, Kuro, Krieg, Arlong

Actually, he's free. He escapes during Coby and Helmeppo's cover story and he is even shown during Jango's cover story.
-
Oh, I've forgotten. Sry
-
I thought Arlong was dead…how would he be imprisoned. Didn't Nami beat the shit out of the marines who tried to talk to her after they defeated him? I don't think there is any way Arlong is imprisoned unless i missed something.
-
Hatchan has said that all of Arlong Pirates crew are imprisoned and he is the only free guy
-
well personally i would love to see gin and alvida (though i know we will see her) the others while not forgetable are not that special and none except for buggy and alvida have made any impact on the storry in the grand line
-
Higuma will make his heroic return before the end of this very war, now having become the king of Neptunians!

While i don't believe it would be quite like that (:P) i don't actually think that Higuma is dead. He probably will, and i hope, that he will make an appearance later on.
-
Higuma is the first villain in One Piece. The supposition that he isn't dead and will return is quite interesting but impossible. Higuma is really dead. The details from manga, anime and One Piece Wiki prove that
-
OP wiki don't mean shit. Oda can bring anyone back to life that he hasn't clearly shown was dead and even then they can come back to life.
I could see Higuma showing up at the end of the manga not knowing Luffy is PK and attack him cuz of what happened in chap 1 only to be pwned.
-
Or hopefully he will return with a powerful fruit ability, and will be a powerful antagonist to the Strawhats
-
I'll be pretty much shocked if Morgan doesn't show up again. He'll likely be integral to Coby and Helmeppo's growth.
-
I hope Morgan. His design is awesome.
-
The thing about Morgan though is why would he go to the New World (which is where the story is progessing to eventualluy be in)? Wouldn't he remain in East Blue?

Unless he becomes more like the person he's based off and becomes a famous pirate or maybe joins a yonkou's crew.
-
Speaking of Morgan, what do you think his reaction would be if he ever ran into Kuro again? After all, it was Morgan who turned in the fake Kuro.

After he puts two and two together given how long ago it was and the hypnotism wearing off if he isn't already a pirate by then (actually even if he is) he may attack Kuro.
Where Kuro would then pwn him in a very bored fashion.
Seeing those two team up wouldn't be bad, sorta like Buggy and Alvida. A lot of irony if Morgan became Kuro's right hand man since Jango became a marine.
-
Well Morgan and Jango did pass each other while they were both sleeping. That could've been some sort of foreshadowing/symbolism of the switching of the positions of the 2…
-
An interesting supposition. Morgan becomes Kuro's first mate. They becomes stronger and arrive in Grand Line to revenge Luffy. I used to think of an interesting but impossible idea: The last bosses of Straw Hat crew who joined in when they were in East Blue are the original bosses in East Blue:
Luffy vs Higuma, Buggy, Alvida
Zoro vs Morgan
Nami vs Arlong
Usopp vs Kuro
Sanji vs Gin
Think of Krieg, he may be suitable for a battle against Franky
It's only a crazy supposition, so don't laugh at me ^^ -

The one thing about any East Blue villain showing up again is when and how. Seeing that it's probably gonna be in the NW it all depends on plot.
I don't see Oda taking the typical revenge angle. It'll be much more intricate. I see them bumping in to Kuro so to speak and however they interact would lead to what the arc is gonna be and them probably fighting.
FYI Gin will still kick Sanji's ass. I see him aiming for Luffy when they meet again. He'll one shot Zoro too.
-
I loved Kuro and Gin most of the East Blue villains. Morgan, well, didn't strike me as a good villain as much as the latter ones like Kuro and Arlong (didn't count Krieg, since I put him on the same level as Morgan, LOL).
It'll be kickass if Kuro and Gin (heck, even Arlong) makes it back somehow in the story. I think Gin is a definite returner since he made a promise to Luffy that they will meet again in the Grand Line.
-
there could be a possability that arlong is at fishman island but that might be too obvious.
-
He is now imprisoned. If he is imprisoned in Fishman Island, we shall meet him again
-
The only East Blue Villains I can remotely envision seeing again are Arlong, Gin and Morgan. Others… well
-
I think the only East Blue villains I'd like to see again are Arlong and Kuro. Maybe Gin too.
-
Gin only Gin thats all.
-
I think Kuro will be shown agaian when Ussop returns at his village as a famous and strong pirate. This time his adventures wont be lies, and he will shot with 1 hit K.O. Kuro.
-
1 hit isn't good. And I don't think Kuro would be interested in returning to Syrup Village. They may meet again at another place in East Blue
-
I'd love to see Kuro again with some sort of DF ability. I think Mr.1's ability would have rocked if Kuro had it.
-
Oh, another case like Alvida. I like this supposition
-

No DF for Kuro, please. Kuro's already awesome with his cat claws and Shakushi. If anything, I want to see him take Shakushi to a higher level where he can control his movements and attacks and the speed surpasses that of Soru's. That would be bloody epic. Who knows, he can probably go toe-to-toe with Luffy on Gear Second if he manages to achieve or even surpass that level.
-
I hope kuro comes back into the plot hes cool
-
I really hope to see Gin again. I always liked that fellow. He has potential to be much more than that idiot Krieg's henchman. I don't think he would fight with the Strawhats though as he did form some sort of friendship. Maybe more like a friendly quarrel to see if he can still kick Sanji's ass. That is, if he's not just blindly following Krieg's orders anymore. I personally would like to see that his crew would have gone through some big changes… or that he has completely chosen to go his own path.
-
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< this guy.
Though, I'm hoping Jinbei has at least something to tell about Arlong too. -
pretty much all the east blue villians have a remnant of them left behind whihc we've seen in the new world with the exception of kreig which leads me to believe we will be seeing gin once again
morgan-escaped, that bastard most DEF gonna see him
alvida-yea shes here with buggy
buggy-well hes just THERE
kuro-we got jango left behind who has continued and is now at marine HQ
krieg-only single villian with no remnant left to progress
arlong-we got hachan in an entire arc, not to mention he has played a huge role-plus we got jimbei reminiscing about him
so yeaa all in all i expect som1 from kreig to come back -
i thought gin declared he was leading hte krieg pirates away from krieg to do their own thing?
-
@Chopper:

Gin vowed to meet Luffy again. He never said what you posted although that would be interesting.
When he left with the beaten/defeated/poisoned crew in that dinghy he said it like this was the least he could do for them.
He had an insane amount of loyalty so it wouldn't be a surprise if he became captain for them or if he started his own crew and some of them joined him. I just hope he didn't go back to being Kreig's dog since he's stronger than him anyway.
