Nah, most likely Netizens, as they apparantly declared before hand they will launch an attack on 3/1.
There's a long standing nationalistic hostile rivalry between 2ch geeks and South Korean Netizen geeks.It's a pretty common occurance, I'm just pissed that they had to do it when we were expecting Apprentice!

No, no, it has no effect on Apprentice posting. He doesn't post on 2ch.
It's just that the place he posts at is a mobile BBS forum, that WE don't have access to.So if he's posting on the usual time, we won't know until this dies down and can read what people are saying on 2ch.
And frankly, I'm getting really sleepy.

I would assume someone on mixi or another community (can't think of any) has some kind of access to it, but I've never checked the mixi group for One Piece spoilers.

Pretty sure he's just some well-known member (maybe he's a moderator) on the Arlong Park forums and I guess he must live in Japan or is at least on a holiday or something and sends early spoilers via sms to someone else on the AP forums. Doubt he has his own website or one that he would post spoilers on.
