I wasn't sure where to turn for advice on this, so I'm trying all different sources and thought I'd try AP as well.
I modify figures as well as make my own and I was looking for a decent dremel or flexible shaft rotary tool for the job. Can anyone point me in the right direction? If so, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

I use this for machining small bits of polyethylene on my combat robots where endmills can't reach. It's proven fairly precise for me, and may work well for your purposes.
