Okay, they're not Neos, or at least Smoker isn't. Smoker is identical to the previous one. Tashigi looks a little different in the face, but it may just be me. I'm definitely buying a Tashigi if I can. Should I buy this Smoker to try and sell… or should I try and sell my current Smoker right now? XD
The Smoker is definitely different as far as paint job and better details I think but other than that both of them look the same to me xD I mean Smokers boots look better detailed and better painted, his coat looks better colored, his face matches… his... body >__>

No, they're identical. They're actually the SAME exact picture. Also note NEO is found no where in that image. They're simple Re-releases. I'm not surprised, considering these two were more or less perfect and didn't need redone like the other old POPs.

Well, if it stays as the original promo pic, then Smoker's pants, boots, and skin look different to me. And hopefully his hair is fixed.

Any pictures I've seen of Smoker his head is a shade lighter than his body and it doesn't match AT ALL but I'll never really KNOW for sure since now I definitely don't plan on getting the original Smoker xD I'll just get this one ___
