I've always bought mine from Waterstones. Plus they are further then the Skypia arc as your currently reading.
Although there are a few places in London I've dipped in and out of.

Forbidden Planet is best, and though Waterstones do stock manga you must be wary
because they don't all have a wide range of manga, and your local might not stock them.Infact you might even find your local shop isn't affected at all by the "speed-up"
But I think Forbidden Planet is best imho. -
Or you could get them online at bookdepository.co.uk or amazon for half what forbidden planet charge in their brick & mortar shops, and normally a pound or so cheaper then their website.

i think he's saying he's special but a good place to try looking for the manga is at the…..................STORE dun dun dun yep thats what it comes down to getting off the computer chair and going to the store

well if he has a Barnes and Noble near his house then he'll be just fine. Place is basically a library with a coffee shop.
However, he might be a bit distraught to find that any volume that comes with a sticker will be wrapped in plastic.
to which he'll be given a choice… buy it, or rip open the plastic in the store like a criminal... to which I WILL FIND HIM

Barnes and Noble has been keeping up with the releases that I've seen, I haven't been able to check out Borders lately. Whenever I have money I'm just gonna mass-order them all.
The first volume (though really it should be with Skypiea since it has nothing to do with W7 >>) in the W7 set just came out in the latest releases. I am so sad I was thinking I'd have a job by now ;;
