people who are not from japan are pritty much forced to get the translated manga/anime due to the fact the dubbed version in every single other language is either edited (even to the extreme they remove entire parts of the story all together making it not one piece and even rename stuff)
this is the reason why one piece does not sell or is watched/sales are bad outside japan because of this i don't know why they don't force more strict rules on the non japan manga/dub anime but it costs them money outside it

Well i think hannya meant as in a japanese person to better provide new chapters and other whatnot.
