(Topic's subject shoud say Combat Rush.. :P)

Hey, I'm working on a FAQ for the GameCube version of Combat Rush and at the moment there are a few parts that I am unable to fill because I just don't know what some things require, etc.. And I am also wondering if I made any mistakes.

If there need to be any corrections, or if anyone wants to give me something to add (preferably on the lines with a bunch of x's) then please reply here. I'll throw you in the credits at the bottom.

I'm going to play the pants off of Davy Back tonight and try to figure out how many wins you need to unlock each minigame.

I just got this game a few days ago. I've only had a PS2 FAQ to work with and can't read Japanese at all, so your FAQ helps alot. Great work.

It may help you fill in some of the holes in your FAQ, like how to unlock Mihawk. I can't really guarantee the accuracy of these codes though.

I do have a small request though.

I haven't been able to save my game. I'm using a US GCN and booting the game with Freeloader. I only have 1 save file on my memory card and it's from a Japanese game so the format should be correct. But when the game first starts I get a message with 2 choices(brown text on a tan rectangle). I'm assuming this message is telling me that I there's no save file or something and that my progress won't be saved. I'm only able to choose one of the options and can't seem to save my game at all. I even tried going to the save/load in the game options menu and get, what looks to be, the same message.

Is there any way you could post a translation of the text in this message?
Have you experienced any memory card issues with this game?

Any insight you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

For C costumes don't you have to unlock a character and then complete their training?

Yeah, I have the C costumes now as well as Mihawk and Shanks..

What I am wondering now is.. Are there D costumes? I remember reading something about them in the Combat Rush topic ages ago, but.. I haven't been able to find any in the game.

Whichever mode the top one is, and yes, with each strawhat (yeah, it's a hassel,i still have one left to get)

Ah, cool. I should be close to having D costumes for Nami and Luffy then..

~~But do they have to be consecutive wins or am I allowed to take breaks and leave Grand Battle?~~ Nevermind, figured it out.

Just so you know, each Event battle fight (that's 5 per event battle) counts towards your D costume total.
