Can't stop listening to Can, Television, Swans and Brian Jonestown Massacre. For the past 2 months that's literally all I've been listening to (along with Deerhunter, Atlas Sound and Lotus Plaza, of course).
Throughout this month, we will be testing new features (like search) so you may experience some hiccups from time to time. We'll try to not be too disruptive...
What Are You Listening To Right Now ? [V2]

You listen to any other krautrock besides Can? I've been in a mood for that flavor, myself, lately
. Speaking of which:
Neu! - "Hallogallo"
-
Yeah, I love Krautrock, and I have tons of it. I've just been in the mood for Tago Mago lately. If you haven't heard of them already (I assume you already know of the well known Krautrock bands like Kraftwerk, Neu!, Faust, etc.), definitely check out Embryo. They have some really good stuff.
-
I've only base-level knowledge myself (I've got material from the other bands you mentioned among others, and even own a copy of Tangerine Dream's Force Majeure on vinyl). Embryo's name came up before in my recent search for more bands of the genre. What album of theirs do you recommend I check out first?
Neu! - "Weißensee"

Editors - Find Yourself A Safe Place (2005, Munich)

Monkey Majik - Change
One of the only Japanese bands I like. Much better than that J-POP crap (I know this is pop as well but atleast they break away from the usual horrible music and shitty lyrics and 80s hair metal fashions all the other JPOP bands do)
Another Japanese band I like: Casiopea. Some good shit right there, fusion and jazz, sorta like Chicago and Yes combined
-
Florence + The Machine - Dog Days Are Over (2009, Lungs)

"Resonance" - T.M. Revolution

Heck, I'd go! - Maria Muldaur

You obviously don't have your priorities straight.

I think I do, satiating basic needs before going to basic wants. See maslow's hierarchy for reference ^^
Oh,
Numb - Linkin Park
-
A life without Yes might as well be a life not lived. Thus Yes becomes a basic need while our need for sex is driven by an instinctual desire and is thus actually a want.
