His laugh would be hohoho. His ship would be the Merry Christmas, The Sleigh, Jingle Bells, Rudolph, etc. Mast can be a Christmas tree with a chimney coming out of it. He tries to get Chopper to join his crew. His fighting style/ability would have something to do with surprises or bags or something. His crew members can be reindeers and maybe one would have been a human that ate the reindeer fruit, one that can fly, one that can shoot lasers out of its nose, etc.
