Who will train Luffy in One Piece for a 'power-up'?

In Dragon Ball, Goku was trained by Master Roshi, Kami and King Kai.
In Naruto, Naruto was trained by Kakashi and Jiraiya (maybe more).
In Rurouni Kenshin, Kenshin was trained by his master.
The list goes on.

Recently, we were informed by Oda that this current arc will be the last adventure of Luffy as a 17-year-old.

Kuma has sent strawhats to specific islands for their power-ups.

I can only speculate other members' intended power-ups but I believe Luffy was sent to Amazon Lily because of that island's famous Haki (maybe not extremely famous but if I remember correctly, Smoker mentioned/recalled it).

However, due to the war, Luffy fled the island without the power-ups to rescue Ace. So how will Luffy learn/master Haki like Kuma intended to or who will teach him?

I could see Hancock training him but Silvers Rayleigh could also do that.

He was already pseudo trained by Garp. Its a self taught training.. XD

Like you said i think the most likely candidates are Hancock and Silvers. Could be Silvers since Luffy still needs to meet up with him to get the Sunny and reunite with his crew.

Your also assuming that kuma sent them to where they are on purpose, their isn't evidence, to prove WHAT he is up to, we can also assume, that luffy might enter a coma after this due to the after affects of the vigoro hormones.

No one will train Luffy. I don't think using haki is all that complex. Once Luffy has figured out how to consciously trigger his haki the rest will come by itself. Afterall it's not as if he would do much more than imbue his body with it to increase his power and defence and the occasional haki shout.

Even if there's no evidence there is a rather strong likelihood that Kuma sent them to those places for a reason. Luffy going to Amazon Lily the place famous for haki, Robin going to that bridge to learn about the void history, Nami being on the sky island specializing in meteorology, Frankie on Vegapunk's island about to enter the shop of the greatest engineer the WG has, the joke of putting Brook on an island which is worshipping demons, Sanji in Mr.2's probable home and where he most likely got his Okama Kenpou. That's too much to be merely coincidence.

True that. It's probably safe to say that Oda sent them there on purpose instead of Kuma to be safe but consider this, Kuma knew where they were going to end up, so that's why assumed.

I also thought that Luffy was going to have a sleep (or enter a coma) for a long time but other people were saying that he will sleep not much.

EDIT: some of you are very certain that Luffy won't go under training, so I must ask, why?
