I'd like to say Moria, but I just know the guy would end up trolling me until I regret it. Like, I'd punch him in the face, walk home and make a great sandwich and go to bed. But then I wake up feeling all good about myself, so I start brushing my teeth to begin the perfect day. So I brush my teeth, but a cup I need is in my medicine cabinet so I open. But them Moira is in their and he goes "Brick Bats lol I fuck your shit" and I had bats biting me every where and it's real annoying. So I shake my fist shouting "Moria!" but he's already started running away. So yeah, I think I wouldn't want to punch Moria.
So yeah, ultimately the end I'd like to see punched the most is Kizaru. Something about him just rubs me the wrong way. Also Hamburg, not that I have anything against the guy, I just think it'd be funny.

Years ago, when I first read the arc and it was revealed that she wasn't going to be an active member of the crew (after all the speculation) I almost did a backflip out of my chair. I'd like to slap her for making me worry that I'd have to look at her stupid face for the rest of the series.
Spandam, Wapol, and Charloss, of course. And lately, I'd like to smack Kizaru for all the harm he's done to Luffy (and Marco). I know he's basically just doing his job, but still.
