Is there a site anyone can tell me of that I can download the anime in mp4 format? Preferably Kaizoku fansubs, if possible.

Well, yes, Kaizoku fansubs has a site where you can download them as MP4s.
Vegapunk did good quality MP4s here, ofcourse, they stopped subbing a good while back, they were under too heavy a workload and got
a bit swamped, but their work was good. They're gonna start up soon again, but have removed all their episodes, de to Funi contacting them.You will ofcourse need a Torrent Client to download the Kaizoku Fansubs eps.
