I know that the first Color Walk was released back when 4Kids had the One Piece liscense, but does anyone know if there were any edits to the content because of that? o.O I'm considering getting it.

Viz Media released that colorwalk, so I'm sure there isn't any edits to the artwork.

There aren't.
And its actually really really awesome! And I don't usually collect art books.

4Kids handled the anime only.
Anything that has to do with the manga was handled by Viz Media.
