Danzou has so many sharingan in his arm. II wonder what special effect will that give him other than normal Genjutsu?Judging from the quote Danzo made I'd suspect each one has different capabilities, and uses them separately for certain jutsu's.
He may even be able to combine them to increase the strength of his Genjutsu, or perhaps improve his Taijutsu due to the 360 degree range of visibility, similar to Pains use of the Renningen.
This hasn't been confirmed yet but I would expect at least one of my predictions to prove true.

What i want to know is how he caught Sasuke in a genjutsu. It had to be a clone because the blood was still on his face when he turned around. Kishi has only shown a few clones who can blood or even take damage like that Danzo clone. I just want to know wat the hell is sharingan on his arm surpose to do. I want to see his first attack on Sasuke.

I picture the blood to be part of Sasuke's own returning Genjutsu.
The fight will probably be similar to the beginning of the Sasuke VS Itachi fight where they gauge each others strengths and weaknesses throughout the Genjutsu usage.
The arm of Sharingans probably undertake the three areas I posted earlier, as well as the chance of another special jutsu unseen so far.
I wonder if any of them can replicate the same move Kakashi can do called Kamui, it might be able to trump susano's shield ability?

I don't know why but I'm expecting something good from this fight… maybe something as powerful as shinigami. Only a summon like that can beat susanoo.

You think Danzo is capable of using the 'Dead Demon Consuming Seal' that Hiruzen Sarutobi used? Remember that moves kills it's user in return of it's use.
In short it's doubtful that Danzo would sacrifice himself to kill Sasuke.

If Itachi could kill all those guys single-handedly (though it's implied Madara gave him some help), I doubt the eyes on his arm are anything more than two or three tear (I forget what the comma marks on the eyes are called) Sharingans. For someone of Sasuke's level, that's really no problem. At worst, the sheer number of eyes combined would cause a convincing enough illusion to get Sasuke in a corner, but I doubt he'll be able to maintain the chakra flow (and pass out) long before he defeats Sasuke.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

I wouldn't be surprised if Danzo had some hidden source of chakra obtained from his years as head of black ops. The eyes justify the possibility of him salvaging the jutsu's/objects of his choice.

I think he'll lose but not be killed as his role in the plot seems far from finished. After all he still hasn't revealed his grand plan…
So my money goes on him escaping.
The chances are that he'll make it back to Konoha and stage a coup de atat on Anbu using his own special op teams. Striking while Tsunade is in a coma would be the best option viable.

Dude has already lost his briefly held Kage status and is wanted, so he's desperate, but unique. It would be stupid to throw that all away so quick. Otherwise, the entire Pain arc will have been an even bigger waste of time than previously believed.
(Tho I suppose Tobi can steal his arm. As long as there is SOME sort of payoff to this nonsense.)

I don't think he has any. He is basically a shell of the person who fought the 1st. The first probably ripped his soul or something like wat happened to the 3rd.

I was thinking the same thing, I hope kishi shows some anko vs kubutomaru action first, I'm interested to see if kubuto has benefited from this gross fusion. and I'm hoping anko has a level two curse seal.

Makes sense that the eyes need maintenance, if you wanted to look at it in a semi-logical way, the optic nerves(or charka) going through an arm and doing combat with that arm probably loosen or weaken the connection and what not, not to mention the amount of Visine needed to keep them from drying out unless they have eyes lids too. The full function of them is still up in the air, if in addtition they work like normal eyes and Danzo has enhanced vision(seeing everything they see,which Robby bought up i think), or if they merely can only be used for Sharigan/jutsu based attacks. Either way, I'm sure the strain of controlling so many eyes at once has some draw back which could be his downfall for losing the fight if that happens.

The use of his eyes are anything but predictable right now. Which is probably the first time in a while where Kishimoto had people speculating to such an in-depth level. Hopefully it won't end in Danzo cursing his failed attempt at a new Sharingan laden arm. Although the question remains…....Does any other part of his body retain Sharingans? Judging by the other areas of bandaging I wouldn't be surprised. Just look at what Deidara and Sasori had embedded in their chests.

Eh, I tried the OVA, but about halfway in it started skipping, so I had to stop. It was all right from what I saw (I wasn't particularly fond of the animation style). But yeah, it does show how Sasuke used to be such a tolerable character.
