I got bizarre Genesis Sonic flashbacks from that.
Looks like you interact with the levels a LOT. Funny, some things like the bubbles looked like they were in the background, but you can use some of them? Hmm.
Also heaps of background cameos which is nice.

Magic Box link is nothing new, good compilation though.
Shiki being in is amazing. And I really doubted the East Blue villains would be in it but this is one case where I'm glad to be wrong.

It doesn't look like Shiki's playable in the screenshots (he doesn't have a player marker above or beneath him), but it's great news nonetheless, as it does increase the possibility that he could be playable.

I doubt all these characters will be in and not playable.
Remember that we first saw Mihawk, Ivankov, etc. as supports. Just being seen so far as support doesn't mean they won't also be battle characters.
Arlong, Krieg, Wapol, Kuro, Perona, Foxy….can those of us who said old characters would be in say "I told you so" yet =P

this game is like every OP fan's dream game… its complete (well you might as well add the non-canon movie villains like gasparde lol)
and if perona is in, shouldnt be absalom in as well?
shiki being in the game (whether playable or not) is obviously a big plus for all of us...
now just waiting for aokiji, akainu, sengoku, garp and the other side characters like absalom... this game will give us plenty of sprites to rip lol

Marineford stage is realy "alive", with the protection wall being activated somehow. Moria, Dofla and Smoker's supports are there. New super move videos. Your team gives the main character different kinds of state-altering properties (atk. up, hp up, and. . .POISON status by having Magellan in your team!). Also, Marco and Urouge's sprites are there (looking awesome), Caimie and Pappug doing their "song" (guitar included), Franky's coup de vent. . . .You should all check it out, there's just a sh*tload of new material there.

If true, that's pretty awesome!! I think someone with japanese knowledge should try to translate what's on the website, and the scans revealed so far. I haven't seen a single translation yet; maybe there wasn't any important info after all, but well. . .

Either way Ace is confirmed playable. On the page with the teams..the "eating" team has Luffy, Ace, Wapol, and Bonney.
In the screenshot, Luffy is not on the screen, but Ace is. It shows Luffy, Bonney, and Wapol as supports. By default, Ace must be being used as the battle character in that screen even if you can't see the little player mark under him.
So yeah, Ace confirmed playable…as if there was any doubt.

With Franky listed as a support on the website, I'm starting to worry about having him playable. He was my main in JUS.

Else the production team should be shot for even considering the likes of Ivankov and Buggy over them.

Shanks is definately playable. I think this the first game where Shanks is actually plot relavant. Seriously, he kept popping in One Piece fighting games (ex. Grand Battle series and Gear Spirits) despite not actually fighting at all in the series and this was long before Haki was introduced.
