I still remember the first images with the select character screen, and everyone saying "there's only space for 25 characters, so there must be a double screen or something, because 25 is far too small!!".

well I think the whole 'There's 25 chars!' thing came from prior to the game's release and we still didn't know about Robin, Franky etc. Most people just assumed they were in since it woulda been too stupid that they weren't and they were the secret chars.
Edit: Guh. I realised I never done the 50% HP on the Windmill level. Anyone got any tips for it? Even with my maxxed out chars like Chopper and Luffy I can't finish it with over 50% HP.

I just managed to do 50hp without trying for it. Was trying to get 30 seconds, which still eludes me.
I can't think of a tip. Try to stay on the right side if the windmill, so you don't fall into the sea? Don't try to fight, run away? Try and use supports that disable your opponents like Bonney perhaps? I used Luffy. I think chopper would be better though, since he Is smaller.
It's missions like this where I realise Robin is two of the best supports. Her clutch probably is the best in 4 player.

I think I got the 30 seconds using Chopper and Monster form. But he was just a tiny bit under 50% so ;-;

Keep it up! Don't give up! Maybe Bon Chan could help? Nah probably not. Keep trying. Also, doesn't monster take some of your health away? Just try a few more times. I would advise using no supers, the occassional super dash, generally avoiding the enemies co
pletely. Rumble ball might help though. -

Bon makes your special gauge fill automatically. How else do you think Croc spams it all the time? XD

It's probably obvious to most of you by now, but in case newer players don't know - the extra points you start out with when you reset your character from level 50 to 1 using Ivankov's hormone shop are based on the amount you had in each stat prior to resetting. So if your HP, Attack, and Special stats were 99, 99, 99 at level 50, when you reset they'll be something like 25, 30, 30.
Resetting more than once doesn't add any extra points to those stats you've maxed already the previous level since you'll always start with 25, 30, 30 - rather, it's just giving you the chance to put more points in the other stats you haven't maxed already, so the next time you restart with those you'll get more starting points there, too.
Main idea is - I don't think it's a good idea to max out any stats immediately after restarting, cause at each level you'll naturally grow a point or two. By maxing out a stat to 99 at level 40, you're missing out on the extra points you naturally would have filled in through leveling which you could have added to your other stats. - It's best to time it so your important stats hit 99 exactly when you hit level 50.

A more concise example would be - if your Attack is at 99 at level 50, and you reset, it will always start at 30 points at level 1. So if you get to level 50 again, with 99 in attack again, you will still only start with 30 points in Attack after the second reset. What's important is that amount of extra points you have available to afford into OTHER stats that were not maxed so that when you restart again, those stats that were not maxed out would start with more points as well.
99 points in HP –> reset --> 25 max points in HP at level 1
99 points in Attack --> reset --> 30 max points in Attack at level 1
99 points in Hissatsu --> reset --> 30 max points in Hissatsu at level 1And will stay that way regardless of the number of times you reset. The extra points you get are based on the points you had before resetting. Also, like I said, it's best to not max out a stat asap cause you're missing out on the points you would have gained naturally through leveling. After every level you'll notice some of your stats automatically have a "+1" or "+2" next to them. You should put just enough points in any stat you still need to max so that they'll each hit 98 or 99 by themselves right when you hit level 50. It'll still take more than one reset to max all your stats, but hopefully you can avoid having to train your character to 50 one too many times because you're not making the most out of your extra points \o/

Smoker you get on east Blue level. Can't remember which.
Oda you unlock on one of the carnival levels. IIRC it's the one at the very top (Arabasta?) You need to complete it using Jinbei, Arlong, Keimie and Hatchan.
Tashigi you do 1 vs 1 battle royale. In Zoro's options choose the top right. Do it with everyone. I think you get Kaku too.
