Over the years, Oda has created an intricate, expansive world, filled with dozens of characters–each with their own unique abilities and fighting style. Not only that, but each member of the Straw Hat Pirates has grown stronger and more experienced. With that in mind, if you could ask Oda to draw a fight between any two characters, no matter how improbable, who would they be?
For those keeping up with the most recent chapters, some of the most anticipated fights in the OP universe are happening as we speak: the three Admirals, the Shichibukai, Whitebeard's crew, and even Sengoku himself. And, naturally, there are the fights that are yet to come; Luffy vs. Blackbeard and Zoro vs. Mihawk, for example.
I have kind of an odd suggestion...I would really like to see Robin vs. Zoro.
Here's my reasoning. With Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji being the heavy hitters of the group, we rarely get to see Robin in action, much less get an extended one-on-one fight scene. She can easily dispatch large numbers of small fry and can protect herself against stronger foes in a pinch, but to what extent is her fighting ability? We already know that she is nearly helpless against Logias, and her DF isn't of much use against Luffy. However, would she be able to hold her own against physically powerful fighters like Zoro or Lucci? Could she overwhelm them with sheer limb numbers or would she resort to poking eyes or squeezing balls, as we have seen her do on one occasion? Can Robin's sprouted limbs be cut, and how does that damage transfer over to Robin herself, if at all?
Naturally, Robin and Zoro would never actually fight to the death. And, we don't know a lot of Robin's ability. Which makes this fight even more interesting!
