I find it interesting that some elses work that is stolen, modified into something else, and published on to the internet can have rules placed on it.
Basically from my point of view, pirating from pirates is fair game. I mean, can you really make up rules after breaking them yourself? I think not. xD

This is about IP (intellectual property), it's a lot more complicated than the something like the physical act of stealing material objects. And they did the cleaning, the translation, the typesetting, which is all their own intellectual property, and they have the right to dictate its usage.
