Something occurred to me recently, and I am sure many of you have thought this as well, but since I have not seen it out there, though I admit I am new to these forums so be kind, but due to the sheer amount of Logia users we have seen in this latest arc, it seems that there will have to be more people who use Haki then the "One in a million born" who can use it, if I recall the number correctly. The only way to really hurt a Logia user is either by Haki, Seastone, putting then in the ocean, or a specific weakness to an element in contrast to the Logia's abilities, like liquid on Crocodile.
I look at guys like Zoro and Mihawk, and it is really hard to believe that they may have unbelievable powers, yet they will never really be able to strike and hurt Crocodile or any of the Admirals? It just does not seem right, and if 1 in a million are born with Haki, does that mean others can get to strength level where they use it in attacks and are not even aware of it?
And in relation to this, was Luffy able to hit Enel due to his rubber properties, or was it Haki imbued in his attacks?

Thak you all, again I am rather new to this so please forgive me if this has been beat to death.

        1. The one a million thing is only specifically for the King's Disposition haki that Luffy and Hancock have, not haki in general.

        2. Not a lot is known about haki.

        3. Luffy could hit Enel because he was made of rubber, and rubber doesn't conduct electricity. No haki was involved.

Haki all depends on the person's individual willpower. It is not a weapon or technique that just anybody can learn. If a person has a strong enough will, then they can perform incredible feats.

Everybody has haki, but very few people learn to control, train and actually make it into use when fighting. Some are lerning how to train it (like Sentomaru), some beging to train it whithout noticing when growing in strength (like Luffy). I belive there are different types, including the King Haki which is one a million.
