Battlefield is in my opinion one of, if not the best vehicle and infantry shooter series. And on March 5th, 2010 Battlefield Bad Company 2 will be coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC:

i played and love the first. you know a question came to mind. will the legionaire get revenge for allowing four awol soldiers for outsting him of his gold? since he did survive the heil crash. how he survived that will never know.

I tried the demo and I have been playing it every day since. Actually, I would had beaten BioShock 2 and Bowser's Inside Story (which are both excellent games) long time ago if it wasn't for the demo of Bad Company 2. -_-
It's just hella fun. Gotto to love Frostbite engine. I wasn't going to even buy it but now I have it pre-ordered and I can't wait. That's the magic of demos.
I mostly play as a medic or an engineer. As a medic if I'm attacking and as an engineer if I'm defending. Although I like to mix things up once in a while.

Where the fuck is the hype for this game? Come on APForums, it seems everywhere else gaming forums and sites are flooded with FPS reviews and news that everyone over there complains about it but here it's the exact opposite. Or well, just change FPS to Wii/PS3 exclusive
Ign's review is just in, 8.9, would've gotten higher but they based most of the review off the single player portion of the game when its bigger focus is MP. That being said, the single player should be amazing and the multiplayer should be one of the funnest FPS mp games ever. Fuck COD, this is the definitive shooter

I love the beta (even though there's only one map) but I haven't been able to connect recently. I'll probably get this game, though I'll most likely wait until the price goes down.

Wow seriously? No one's playing this? I just traded in MW2 for credit at GS towards BC2, and so far I'm loving this game. It's a solid 9.5 for me

You can trade in a game at Gamestop for in-store credit toward your purchase, it's what I did with MW2 and instead I spent around 30 bucks. Not a bad deal considering I despised MW2.
I just beat this game. Ending wasn't very great at all but overall the campaign's quality was excellent, and there were some pretty challenging moments even in Normal. I love challenging games that make me wanna beat the shit out of someone

The copy of MW2 I have is my brother's and he loves it, so I can't trade it in. I already traded in a bunch of games for $50 which I used to get a portable hard drive. I might be able to find some other games, though, but I'll probably just wait. Besides, I want the GTA pack on Steam which is $50.

A Vietnam expansion is coming up for this game, and they just released a new multiplayer co-op mode called Onslaught.
