This has to be one of my all time favourites, i did mention how i enjoyed the Logue Town ep when Sanji cooked and this one was no different, infact it was even better, great episode indeed.

Heh…haven't been able to watch those episodes yet. I never liked the cooking episode in Loguetown, though. Or the one after Alabasta.

Personally I find the constant rehashes of Sanji´s cooking skills in filler arcs rather boring. In LogueTown he´s a good cook, on a marine ship he´s a good cook, at G8 he´s a good cook. Darn we all know that already. We don´t need pesky fillers to constanly tell us that again. It´s like some sort of brainwash scheme.
Well that was the one side of the medal. The other side is that I have to give credit to Toei for actually bringing always a new aspect in every cooking episode. In LogueTown he´s facing a gorgues lady in a cook off, but when it gets to the point of cooking he completely ignores here because his dream is superior then love for women.
On the marine ship he doesn´t even cook himself but gives instructions (though he claims that he didn´t do anything).
And at G8 he pulls of a great menu with using the left overs from the marine chefs. So while it´s always the boring "Sanji is the best cook in the world" in this fillers, it never follows the same pattern. I´m curious to find out with what creative idea Toei will come up in the next cooking filler.

The scene where Sanji is trying to break the bars with dials (ep200) is one of my favorite filler scenes. I guess I just like fart jokes, though.

Wait, G8 is a filler arc?
-
Yes, G8 is filler. Unfortunately, One Piece has been forced to take up a filler, manga, filler, filler/manga, filler pattern, creating a lot of filler.
Foxy is half filler, and the arc after foxy is filler as well. -
I like some of the filler. I don't think it's at all unfortunate that there's filler, because occasionally Toei does something that I wich had been in the manga…
Like G8 _ which is easily my favourite filler to date. I was also mildly entertained by the amnesia arc, which had its moments.
