Like, what chapters were just totally win when they appeared?
The ones you waited so much but which turned out to be rubbish when they came out?

For me.. hmm.
To name some:
One of the most waited chapter's was the one where Akainu was introduced, and also the one where his DF was shown at the first time. Also, the chapters where Arlong came to cocoyashi, and his full size was shown and when he actually started to do something.
Confusing chapters were at least the ones where where Sanji & co. fought their way through the Puffing Tom- so many named enemies that were still just a fodder and were beaten suddenly in one panel. wat?
For some reason one cool moment comes particulary in my mind, and that was when Sanji used knives in battle.
There are SO MUCH more, but these came up to my mind first.
