Make up drinking games that you'd play while watching certain animes. I thought of one last night when I was watching Fullmetal Alchemist. I can't drink, so I used tea instead. The idea of it is to take a sip of tea (or whatever alcohal you're using) everytime Al says "Brother.".
I also remember someone here saying that he made one to play while watching Inuyahsa: Drink everytime Inyasha and Kagome call eachother's names.

-Inspired by the awful ads Fox does for OP in the US: Every time someone screams "Sanji!", take a shot.
-Every time the opening rap starts, chug an entire bottle of gin. By the time the edits start, you won't notice.

For Inuyasha:
Take a drink everytime Kagome says Inuyasha, I'm not sure which will happen first, you throwing something at the tv or you getting too wasted to aim accurately.
For Bleach, take a shot every time there's one of those "over the shoulder surprise attack" shots. Won't be long before you'll be needing the services of your designated driver.
