Well, after some consideration, I've decided it's time to go. There's been far too much idiocy and cynicism as of late, and I find it to be a bit depressing sometimes.
There have been good times (like chapters 430 through 442) and bad (Usopp flame wars) but I can overall say I've enjoyed being on this forum. I've certainly met some cool people on this site, such as Cosmic, Taboo, Buuhan, Lawliet…and I guess Aldrich (you just squeaked by, pal).
The only times that I will come back here are when new chapters come, but I will not be posting from here on out. I don't know if I ever stood out to anyone in particular, or if anyone will remember me when I'm gone, but I leave knowing that I tried to remain as peaceable and intelligent as possible.
Bye bye APforums, and thanks to anyone who bothered reading this annoying and long-winded post.

Well I'm sick of spoilers, I am not cought up "gasp" and everyone else here is, I also notice not alot of people don't have a lot of respect for the anime on this site, constantly mocking Taoi and whatnot, while I am one of the chosen few who prefer the anime, anyway, I've started a file on Naruto forums, another anime I like, and I think I'll mostly seek one piece discussions on there, they seem to be alot more careful about spoilers on that site, This site seems to be meant for manga readers mostly anyway, nonetheless you'll probably see me in the general discussion forum and matbe the general one piece forum at times, anyway see ya later

Crazydingo or whatever his name was, did the same thing though, if I'm remembering correctly, if that's the case, sorry for the confusion , I was just gonna be around those couple of sections mostly, since I take things slow in terms of catching up.
Croc, this forum, does favor the manga, but I find they accept the anime too. (just not the dub here) Everyone seemed really happy when Funimation picked it up.
As for spoilers, well on any board, you gotta accept some spoilers. There has been a lot of talk about stupidness on the board. The mods, try to remind people about spoiler tags and such, but being stupid is not a crime. The Mods don't wanna be a bunch of heartless banchees.
I hung out all over the board, when I first joined. and I got spoiled a lot. once I caught up with the anime, I sort of lost interest in the OP section, and now have fun hanging out in the general section. Lots of fun people to talk to here.
I'm afraid I'm responsible for spoilers too, Croc. I stopped reading One Piece around chapter 447 and haven't been viewing the spoiler discussions yet I'm still getting spoiled anywhere I go.

Thanks for being simpathetic guys, I was kinda in a bad mood when I posted the message yesterday, but I'm better now and more rational, still I do like it when spoilers are blocked by the mods, but I know they're doing the best they can, I have also been flamed alot too, by Cap'n Carter in perticular, but hey, that's what happens on forums, I probably will take peeks at the manga section now and then, and the anime section, but I'll play it safe for now

My recommendation: if you like One Piece enough to discuss it in online forums made for that purpose, then you really should take a day you have nothing really to do for preferably the whole take, figure out what day it is, download all the episodes as far as they are subbed, and then make sure you have enough for the whole day. Then just have a fun day catching up.
And don't think of it as work you have to do just to stay here, that'll just ruin it and frustrate you even more, think of it as watching one of your favorite TV shows in a marathon. If you have an Xbox 360 or a PS3, you ca set up the episodes to watch on your TV, to make the effect even stronger.
Seriously, if you like One Piece enough to post here regularly, then you should find a day of One Piece enjoyable.
I have done that in the past where on a weekend day, or a slow day, I'll just watch a ton of one piece episodes on Youtube or Dailymotion, by a ton, I mean like maybe 7 or something, still, it fills up a normally boring day

The terminology used in the actual name – "so long, farewell, adios" will likely mean a longer absence than just a week or two.
