What converter is used

hi, i am sorry if i have posted in the the wrong place.
What i wanted to know was what converting software was used to convert the anime videos into rmvb format.
I have a few one piece specials but they are in avi format but i like to have them in rmvb and i can't find out what software other fansubbers(if that is a word) use.

Can anyone please help.

Wrong place indeed. Help Forums would have been better. There is no universial solution, no program everyone uses. Just google for "encode-rmvb" or "convert-to-rmvb" There's plenty of programs and tutorials out there. If you run into a problem using one of these you can open a thread in the Help Forum for it.
