I'm just assuming that you completely skipped the Sabaody Archipelago Arc.
I never stated he could take on the entire SH crew P-TS, that would be ridiculous. However I think if the CP9 members became a pirate crew they would give them a run for their money after the time skip.
Lucci would take on Zoro and Sanji no problem with his speed and brute force then deal with Luffy if he ever faced them all before the time skip. But post time skip it would be much different that's for sure.
I can't wait until the SH's face a pirate crew that makes them shit bricks and gives them all on hell of a run for their money. Need those cliff hanger "omg" moments for their crew like on Sabondy.

Especially Kaku and Kalifa have loads of potential, when we consider that they consumed their devil fruits only a few hours before their battles. Hell, Kaku invented and named his attacks during his fight with Zoro.
As for the CP9 vs. Pacifista thing, I think we all agree that the power levels were severely messed up in that arc. Luffy getting a random super power boost, seemingly out of nowhere (no buildup etc), is only one example.

Lucci's perceived military use is likely the same as a Vice Admiral's. He doesn't have Haki, but he knows a few tricks that lets him get around it, including his final technique which, as a shockwave, should be as effective at negating defense as any Fishman Karate technique.
I'd expect him to be able to put up at least a fairly good fight against a Pacifista, despite lacking 'massive damage' attacks to break through their reinforced structure. Oddly, Jabra and Kaku would probably have an easier time. Lucci's specialty is in taking out soft targets… though I think he broke through stone with some of his Rankyaku, which is what he'd likely rely on for a win, combined with his mobility.

I wasn't paying much attention to Fishman Island. I just wanted it to get over and done with. I will say it does feel better read subsequently - I could probably relieve it of it's last place in my arc ranking.
Yeah the stripey one has shown up a bit in the manga, and I know the animators of the anime like throwing in that flamingo one a lot. I'm just for the first time noticing that salamander looking one on the bottom right. A seaking with arms. The world is doomed.

Well Lucci dominated his fight with Luffy,i personaly think that he was defeated because he was gotten by suprise turning arround and finding out that Luffy was still breathing after a 3rd powerful Roukogan ,that and getting a Jet Gatling to the face and being Knocked Out but that aside it was still clear that Luffy had more damage done to him then Lucci i mean Luffy was half dead even Usopp stated it,that was like the fight where Luffy had to push himself further and further and overcome all odds for his crew sake and his. (What i said about Lucci applies to Crocodile aswell)
PS:Luffy didnt power boost out of nowhere he said that after he met Aokiji he had to get stronger so he had to train and think of a new way to protect his nakama and well he did have to protect them in this arc so yup :D
The thing about Luffy vs. Lucci is that Luffy had a great fruit for defending against the CP9 techniques.
He took attacks that would wreck almost any other non-logia user, without his fruit power he would have lost five times over.
It was similar to Luffy's fight with Enel as a lesser exaple of "elemental rock paper scissors".
So despite his loss Lucci definitely lives up to his hype given by the vice-admirals.

It isn't - it looks a bit to elongated and flat to be the pufferfish. (It's found 516)

I find it more likely that there are only a few different 'types' of sea kings, and that we've seen the more common ones.

Main boss Doflamingo for me. But the amount of open plotlines shows how the New World has started off well.
Considering the number of islands that Oda showed us, each arc should have 2-3 islands involved.

Yeah but isn't Bonney's aging temporary? If not then she should have turned Blackbeard into a baby before he could grab here and killed him. An out there theory but I'm not totally against it LOL
Might be a good a place as any for the following: I was completely floored by the realisation that Fishamn Island started in 2010. Sure, it was late December when we finaly got to the island itself but still I was positive it began a way in 2011.

Would like to see some bounty hunters in the New World. Seeing as how all the pirates have ludicrously high bounties, it seems the Marine is wasting their time assigning these if there's nobody there competent enough to collect any of them.

I'm thinking they may go straight there because Punk Hazard wasn't one of the three log pose magnetic fields so I think Punk Hazard will open up 3 new islands that the log pose would point to. Plus, Kinemon wants to rescue his son and go back to his home kingdom and Zoro wants to learn new sword techniques like cutting through fire and maybe the straw hats will take him and his son with them, drop them off there and have some adventures there. I'm thinking it may be a shorter arc than Punk Hazard and Fishman Island however with maybe one more arc between it and the Whole Cake arc?

I always assumed Wano would be a longer arc, since it's had so much buildup. I'm just really excited for Zoro to be crazy awesome there. Although, it would actually be kind of cool if they went there and Zoro immediately loses, or would lose before until the fights interrupted, to one of their top samurai or something. But before that we'd need a battle to show Zoro's full timeskip strength or else thatd be way too lame :p.
And yeah, I'd be cool with a shorter arc between Wano and Whole Cake, if it goes that way. I know its the new world, but by then I bet it'd be nice to get a fun, short arc to cool down a bit before the epic clash against big mom

I believe they will be going after the same Yonko indeed. We were told Kid had attacked allied pirates of the BM crew so that leads me to believe he wants to attack her. I have no idea what Law is scheming though but I somehow get the feeling he wants to take her down as well!

As for the reason Oda didn't tell us though, that was obviously just meant to induce suspense. Same as not telling us what the other alliance was coming together for. Makes people think, speculate, and come back to find the answers.

Nah… She's a Yonko, bro - as in, one of the 4 strongest pirates in the world. She and her crew may not be as strong as the Whitebeard Pirates, but they can't be too far bellow either, otherwise she would have already been stripped off her title by one of the other 3 emperors.
I bet she and her allies are crazy strong, so I really doubt it will be an easy fight for Luffy and co.

It's more than just the color bro lol my fault for not explaining more,but i'll wait til this arc finishes til I post a full theory on the subject because fact is we don't know anything yet. Also ,most of the original Shichibukai seems to have had a connection to one of the Yonko in the past. Except for Kuma and Hancock. But even they had prior connections to Dragon and Rayleigh.
So this leaves the big mystery of Don Flamingo,who in my opinion is very plausible to have connections to Big Mom.
Drake, Urouge, Bonney, or Capone. Who will join the Luffy/Law alliance?
