I stopped buying the volumes at the end of the crocodile arc. So i suggest after that i began reding them online, since chapter 220 or so.
Puh, a damn long time ago, wonder when its going to end..

Throughout this month, we will be testing new features (like search) so you may experience some hiccups from time to time. We'll try to not be too disruptive...

I saw Roman Zaenom's post and got nostalgic. Reading up on chapters to catch up can take weeks, but they've taken years in actuality. I was into OP all throughout high school and by the end this board above a few others was where I spent most of the time online. When I look at an older chapter I can usually think of what was going on in my life when I read it, and remember discussing it with the likes of Tashigi, Roman, e1n, Carter, Vildahawk, Yoska, KatanaJon, Greg, Ivotas, and Judas.
By the time US Jump debuted I was already taking in whatever I could. It caught my eye when the GC party game came out. I started reading Jump and went to K-F to see the first two movies and the anime up to Little Garden. The first RAW I saw was 280 something, but I didn't pick it up until 303. I filled the gap between the end of Little Garden and the end of Skypiea by the time Foxy was beaten and followed somewhat consistently since then.
Caught up to the anime (the episode where Sogeking shot down the WG flag), then started following the manga. I believe the first weekly chapter I started following with was the one where the crew gets all their new bounties, and we see everyone's reactions around the world.
Good chapter
i started one piece not too long ago lol watched anime uptill Strong world filler (or there about) then read all the way to the war and waited weekly since
when luffy was fighting Lucci
I started with chapter one Thanks to the first volume being available in my school library.
After a couple of months of wanting to know that the hell happened next I finally searched the internet for the rest of it.
First chapter was early Baratie arc where I read here and there. First new chapter was somewhere during early Skypiea
my first one piece chapter (1st chapter xD) was like 11 years ago, in spanish
I didnt even have internet yet
when i catched up years later it was at the begining of the skypia flashback, can't remember what chapter exactly! around 280~ i think
I started to read chapters from one manga just when luffy got in the level 3 in impel down.
But, i still continued to buy all volumes released in my country (Finland.)
Having btw 53 of them in my bookshelf right now.
I started the anime from episode 1 - 100 and something? It was while they were in alabasta/arabasta. Then I continued with the manga.. I started when they first met Ace, so that was a bit earlier on. Not sure what chapter, but I started from there
I believe the first chapter I read after catching up was chapter 387
I caught up on the anime at 450 which was the end of Impel Down, then read the manga up to exactly the end of Marineford iirc.
I think 518-519 was my first daily chapter
you should make this into a poll by steps of 50 or so just to see the trend.
I watched the anime upto "Love is a hurricane ".. pretty sure thats the name of the episode, then started to read the anime.. and havent stopped since
Chapter 560 something. In the 560s.
I had 4 manga volumes for many years, after I read that Zoro disappeared in one of the spoiler youtube videos I read my way through to that chapter starting from 0. afterwards it was weekly. or every 2 weeks since oda skips a lot
I actually am very new to the one piece world….
was first a natruto fan then a bleach fan now im finding myself enjoying one piece more than those 2 other manga....
My fried posted a recent chapter about a month ago i read it and fell in love instantly.... so i watched all 400+(anime) episodes in 1 month..(although i skipped through some of the fillers) and still couldnt get enough and so i read the the manga to stay up to date...
First-first chapter: started following O.P. with the beginning of Weekly Shonen Jump. Stopped following around the God-forsaken boring Laboon chapters.
Returning chapter: Chapter 550. I thought that the "Ace is Gold Roger's son" plot was a very interesting twist. It got me hooked back into the series.
I started reading regularly at the start of the Long Ring arc.
I remember at the time reading from MSN groups, and beforehand only watching Kaizoku-Fansubs, around the Alabasta Arc I think. Unfortunately, I remember after reading One Piece weekly for several weeks, getting bored with the Luffy vs Foxy fight and stopped reading for a while… only to hear from someone else about an admiral appearing and regretting not keeping up. I think Water 7 was really the start of being obsessive about One Piece, were I started to need to check for spoilers every week.
Naruto then bleach
One of the Chapters of the Marineford War arc
but i was already trying to catch up on the series at that point
the chapter just after the first meeting with Ao Kiji
Before that I was only watching the anime
My first weekly chapter is the one where Luffy and Buggy found Mr.3 in Impel Down.. Before that I was also watching the anime trying to catch up with the latest chapter…
434 - Shirohige to Akagami
Took me a while to find out when I started Started reading when the anime didn't go further yet, at the start of the Skypiea arch:
230 - The hunt for the southbird
I'm pretty sure it was around ch 500
Weekly huh, for me It's "Groggy ring" in Foxy arc
I started to read during the marineford arc.
It was the chapter 559 ^^
somewhere around Foxy and Aokiji
one on the beginning of the sabaody arc
