I hate to defend Thousand-Lion, but there were two different threads that were combined and if you look at the top of each post, it tells you what thread it was posted in. Thousand-Lion started a thread "Oda the Daddy?O_O" and this thread is called "Oda's Family".

Thanks for your various posts and links. As a result of the info from the front page I can confirm that this was indeed an event from June. Oda actually wrote about this specific takoyaki party in the ToC of JUMP when the crew split up in the animation.

I got to hand it to Oda. The man has to take care of an infant and yet he STILL finds time to write one of the best Manga series in the world and not disappoint. My respect for him has only doubled! Oda rules!
